This page is for students for whom I have already agreed to write a letter of recommendation, and for those who have ALREADY applied online.  I also require at least TWO WEEKS to write a letter of recommendation.   For a list of scholarship application deadlines click here.

So that I may write a more informed letter, please copy and paste, and then answer, the following questions BRIEFLY in an email.
Please do this INSTEAD of sending an attachment.  Thank you!

1. List your full name, year, major, GPA and program and semester of study to which you are applying.
2. In one or two sentences, how will this program contribute to your academic AND future career goals?
3. Are you applying for a scholarship?  If so, in one or two sentences, how will this experience make it possible for you to give back to your future community and/or client base?
4. List any awards or achievements earned within the past two years.
5. List any memberships or extracurricular positions held or interests within the past two years.
6. If you have any travel experience, briefly explain to where, when, for how long and with whom you went.
7. In one or two sentences, what do you hope to gain and contribute personally if given the opportunity to participate in this program.
8. Anything else.

You will be notified by email once I have written the letter.  If you have not received the email confirmation with two days of the deadline, please let me know.
