students and Introduce your questionnaire. (1.5

Section III/ Questionnaire: Include a copy of the
questionnaire you used to elicit the target audience’s (students or parents)
satisfaction levels/or otherwise measurable progress with the target goal
before application of Action Research Project. (1-2
pages) (Aug.-Sept.)

Section IV/ Field Test Results and Reflection:
Describe when and how you field tested your ARP and summarize the
context and implementation of this unit. (i.e., what processes did
you follow? what were your results?) Refer to specific examples (see
section VI, what worked, what did not?). In this, the largest
section of your ARP, reflect on the educational implications and progress
of, as well as any problems with, your Action Research Project. Evaluate
the overall success of the ARP based on these criteria:
• the content of the unit
• the resources you consulted and developed
• the instructional (or other if applicable) methodologies
• the assessment, and
• student achievement and level of engagement (did they like it?)

Section V/ Samples and Evidence: Attach 4-5 samples
of students’ work (or document two interactions if target audience is not
students). (length will vary) (Oct.-Dec.)

Section VI/ Post Project Report/Survey: Conduct
a post-project survey to test the success of the Action Research Project.
You will be asking follow up questions similar to those in your pre-questionnaire
to elicit satisfaction or success levels of your target group (students
or parents). Include a copy of this questionnaire. (1-2
pages) (Dec.)

Section VII/ Suggestions for Further Research: Re-evaluate/revise
your ARP for future application based on the field test results described
above, and analyze the results of the post-questionnaire. (2-3
pages) (Dec.-Jan.)
