Welcome Class of 2012!!! We have tons of things for you to do to become and remain active. We have an abundant selection of group fitness classes that include ZUMBA (brand new class), cardioboxing, step, spinning, Yoga, and many more. We also have 4 student fitness centers located throughout campus for your convenience. Finally, we have an array of services including Personal Training, Personalized Exercise Designs, Fitness Assessments and the NEW VORTEX TRAINING PACKAGE. Enjoy your workouts!!! Note: Hen House will be closed July 28th-August 16th for Floor Renovations and Painting. Pencader will be open to replace these hours.
