Predicted Maximal Workload
The predicted Maximum Workload is the level at which the heart rate is expected to reach its maximum value. Exercise may be prescribed by having individuals exercise at a certain percentage of their predicted maximum workload. This percentage of the maximum workload will vary depending upon the specific training goals and fitness level.
