Class Descriptions
Boot Camp: Front and center! High energy, intense cardio training guaranteed to boost your energy and metabolism to new heights. Easy to follow step moves, plyometrics, BOSU, jump rope, running drills, abdominal work, and push-ups. Drop and give it your all!
Butts and Guts: Strengthen, tone, and condition your "backside," legs, and core! This class targets the gluteal muscles, hamstrings, quadriceps, and inner/outer thighs. This class also uses safe abdominal and lower back exercises to improve alignment, posture, tone, and strengthen your core.
Cardio Mix: Are you tired of using the treadmill, elliptical, or bike? Then give this fun-filled cardio class a try! This 60-minute workout will blast the fat with the step, bosu ball, low impact aerobics, and sports-drills. it will finish up with some abdomial work and leave you with an impressive calorie burn. Good for all fitness levels!
Circuit Kickbox: An intense aerobic workout for all fitness levels that incorporates boxing, kickboxing, and martial art skills/drills performed to music. This class develops cardiovascular fitness, agility, strength, and power. Abdominal work is included. Sure to be a knockout! 
Core Conditioning :This class will train the entire body with a main focus on core strength. The core muscles stabilize the spine, pelvis, and shoulders while providing a solid foundation for movement in the arms and legs. Combinig power moves with weight training and stability exercises, you'll see results fast! Expect to do plyometrics and use a wide range of equipment from stability and medicine balls to weights and body bars.
Hatha Yoga: Is basred on the Sivanada style of the 12 basic yoga postures. This class focuses on breath, body and mid control with plenty of relaxations in between! Different "asanas" or positions in yoga, will help strengthen and stretch the body. Hatha yoga can be practiced by anyone and brings the perfect balance of energy and calm to the body and mind. Yoga mats provided, but feel free to bring your own.
Free Abs : FREE 30-minute class focusing on abdominal and core strengthening exercises. First come, first serve. Spots limited.
Muscle Pump : This weight training class strengthens the entire body. it's a 60-minute workout that will challenge all the major muscle groups by using compound exercises like squats, presses, lifts, and curls. Great music, a fun atmosphere, and your choice of weight will inspire you to get the results you came for and fast!

Pilates: This class is based on the principles of core strength and stabilization as created by Joseph Pilates. This exercise system focuses on improving flexibility and strength for the total body through controlled movements engaging your body and mind, promoting physical harmony and balance for people of all ages and fitness levels. Give it a try.
Pilates Tone: Take Pilates to the next level! With a main focus on working the core muscles, this class will incorporate light weights to maximize strengthening the entire body.
Power Yoga: Expect a workout that stimulates all muscle groups and inter organs of the body. Focus is put on the vinasa flow sequence followed by variations of the asanas (yoga poses). Marrying the art of movement and breath, this class takes yoga to the next level as you will flow through each pose, challenging both the mind and body. Mats provided, but feel free to bring your own.
Step & Sculpt: Have fun with cardio on the step! Learn new moves and exciting combos on the step to get your heart pumping, then turn up the intensity with a weight training workout that will burn fat and sculpt your muscles. This class involves step choreography.
Turbo Kick: Is a combination of intense kickboxing moves, as well as, dance moves all perfectly choreographed to high energy and motivating music. It's the ultimate challenge that's a unique blend of intense intervals, strength and endurance training, and a relaxing cool-down.
UD Cycle: A great option
for anyone looking to cross-train! This group workout takes indoor cycling
to the next level, with hill climbs, interval races, and much more-all
set to music to keep that motivation high. You choose your own resistance
level so all age groups and fitness levels are easily accommodated.
Women's Weight Train:
This course will introduce the basic concepts of weight training for
individuals with limited experience. This class is progressive so individuals
who are already versed in resistance training can still count on a good
workout! Appropriate for all fitness levels. *THIS CLASS REQUIRES SPECIFIC
REGISTRATION IN PERSON PRIOR TO THE START OF CLASS, NOT INCLUDED WITH
THE GENERAL FITNESS PASSES.
Yoga: Improve your overall strength and flexibility while also learning relaxation and breathing techniques to reduce stress. Great for all fitness levels and no experience necessary.
Zumba: Do you love to dance? If so, then this class is for you! Zumba is a fun, high energy, and easy to follow dance workout. With the music blasting and disco lights spinning, you'll forget that you are even exercising! you'll leave class with a new repertoire of dance moves! |
