Class Descriptions
Body Blast: This class
focuses on strengthening and toning all major muscle groups of your
body using weights, bands, tubes, body bars, and stability balls. A
great overall workout for all fitness levels.
Boot Camp: This intense,
hardcore workout incorporates heart-thumping plyometrics, strength training,
army drills, and elements of kickboxing to really blast the fat. Can
you handle it?
Butts and Guts: Strengthen, stabilize, and train your torso. It is also a great lower body workout. It tones the gluteal muscles, hamstrings, quadriceps, and inner/outer thighs. This intense class focuses on safe abdominal, back, and lower body exercises to improve alignment, posture, and muscle tone.
Cardio BOSU: Try this unique aerobic workout! Enjoy the challenge of the BOSU Ball while targeting all your major muscle groups.
Cardio Muscle: This
intense class combines cardiovascular and muscle conditioning utilizing the steps, hand weights, stability balls, and more. A must for any fitness program!
Kickboxing/KOBU Power: This intense cardio session incorporates boxing and kickboxing drills and moves performed continuously to develop cardiovascular fitness, agility, strength, and power. No experience is necessary and it's sure to be a knockout!.

Pilates: This class is based on the principles of core strength and stabilization as created by Joseph Pilates. This exercise system focuses on improving flexibility and strength for the total body through controlled movements engaging your body and mind, promoting physical harmony and balance for people of all ages and fitness levels. Give it a try.
Step: A long-time
favorite, this class is great for any fitness level. This low-impact
cardio workout offers many high-intensity options, and finishes off
the hour with toning exercises: a fantastic full-body workout.
UD Spin: A great option
for anyone looking to cross-train! This group workout takes indoor cycling
to the next level, with hill climbs, interval races, and much more-all
set to music to keep that motivation high. You choose your own resistance
level so all age groups and fitness levels are easily accommodated.

Weight Training for Women:
This course will introduce the basic concepts of weight training for
individuals with limited experience. This class is progressive so individuals
who are already versed in resistance training can still count on a good
workout! Appropriate for all fitness levels. *THIS CLASS REQUIRES SPECIFIC
REGISTRATION IN PERSON PRIOR TO THE START OF CLASS, NOT INCLUDED WITH
THE GENERAL FITNESS PASSES.
Yoga: Learn relaxation and breathing techniques to reduce stress while increasing muscular flexibility. Great for all fitness levels and no experience necessary.
Yogilates: This class fuses the strengthening, stretching, and balancing aspects of Yoga and Pilates. Expect a challenge as flow through postures that will tone your body and focus your mind.
Zumba:: Brand New to UD!! Zumba has become one of the fastest-growing, dance-based fitness crazes in the country, with people of all ages falling in love with its infectious latin/salsa music, easy-to-follow dance moves, and body-beautifying benefits. Go have some Fun!!!
