Managing My Finances

Financial Aid award letters and notifications are sent to students' University of Delaware email accounts once a new award letter is available on UDSIS.

Students can view and print their award letters at their convenience.

To check on the status of your financial aid application and award, login to University of Delaware's self-service systems.

Using UDSIS & My Finances

Use University of Delaware's self-service systems to manage your financial aid award.

In UDSIS, students can view their financial aid package, accept their financial aid award, monitor any outside scholarships, request a refund, and link directly to their My Finances account through the "Finances" tab on the main student page. In My Finances, students and parents with granted e-bill access can pay the bill, make a flex payment, view statements and account history, download 1098-T tax forms, and view payment history.

We understand that some particular situations may require additional review through an appeals process. These cases may include, but are not limited to, situations of dramatic financial change, financial aid dependency, Unsatisfactory Academic Progress (USAP), or late fee appeals. Here is how we handle some of the more common situations.
