Cheesesteak

A Cheesesteak is not really a steak at all. It is a sandwich made with shredded beef cooked on a grill top (see explanation of grill). Cheesesteaks can be made with beef or chicken. Cheesesteaks are made with any kind of cheese. The city of Philadelphia is most known for making cheesesteaks.
