Maryland Crabs
(Contributed By: Dan Walder)

Delaware is located very close to the Chesapeake Bay, which is known for its excellent blue crabs.  Crabs are a popular feast in the summer and can be very expensive. We have a spice known as Old Bay, which gives the crab its distinctive spicy flavor. Below you will find a picture of what a Maryland Crab looks like before it is eaten. They turn red when cooked.
