Home Furnishings

Family and Living Rooms:  These are rooms in the home which are furnished with couches and loveseats (a small couch big enough for two people).  The difference between the two rooms is that the family room is usually fancier and used only when guests come over.

Bedroom:  This is the room in the house that is used for sleeping.  A bedroom is also the place where most clothes are kept, either in dressers or closets.

Kitchen:  This is the place where food is stored, prepared, and eaten.  It has a table and chairs and usually contains an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, and a stove.

Bathroom:  This is the place where people go to the bathroom, take a shower, and brush their teeth.

Decks:  These are typically wooded platforms that extend on the outside of the house.  They can be either on the first or second level of the house and are used as a place to relax or to have a barbecue.

Entertainment Systems:  These are typically wooden shelves in which the TV and speakers are located, along with the DVD and CD player.

Hot Tubs/Jacuzzis:  These are found either in a large bathroom or on the deck of a house.  They are similar to a small pool and are heated to provide pleasure and relaxation.
