  Rationale for creation, revision, or deletion:

 

Proposed is the addition of two, 3-credit practicum courses to the Major Requirements for the B.S. degree with a major in Athletic Training. Concomitantly, we propose to eliminate HESC 440, Strategies for Athletic Peak Performance, from the required courses. These changes are being implemented in response to UD’s ongoing efforts to remain compliant with CAAHEP (Commission on the Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs) accreditation standards.
