Memorandum

The University Honors Program is pleased to endorse the proposals for Honors

Degrees in Health and Exercise Science, Health and Physical Education, Athletic

Training, and Health Behavior Management that are currently under consideration by the

College of Nursing and Health Sciences’ Curriculum Committee. Current students are

eager to have this opportunity for an enriched course of study in HESC, and the

department understands its obligation to ensure that an appropriate number of Honors

sections of its courses are offered on a regular enough basis to ensure the realization of

this goal.
