Rationale for creation, revision, or description:
To provide students with an
opportunity to study new advances in biochemistry and the biological sciences
integrated with engineering analysis.
This minor is available to
all majors.
It has been traditional in
both Chemistry and Engineering departments for undergraduates to take
senior-level electives that are 600-level.
All courses in the minor are aimed at undergraduates. (Graduate courses in these departments are
800 level).
