Undergraduate/Graduate Committee by November in order to reach the Faculty Senate

This proposal is to slightly modify
the set of courses that will be required for Operations Management majors. The new set of courses is shown above. The only difference between this new set and
the old set is that we are replacing ECON415 with BUAD449. At this time, we believe that including a
Logistics course will benefit our students more than the current Economic
Forecasting course. Forecasting methods

We propose to require that students
earn a grade of C- or better in all courses within the major and the
quantitative course requirements. This
represents a tightening of policy from our previous requirement of a C- or
better in all but one of the major courses and allowed a D in one of the Math
courses.

degree designation from BSBA to BS.
