Field list in Inscribe (Insight lists are here.)

All fields are listed in Inscribe, whether they contain data or not. Date Record Created and Date Record Modified are displayed here but not in Insight, even if they contain data.

In this view, please check for the following:

  • Are any fields missing? If so, please supply name and field properties (should it allow repeat values, "pick list", be indexed for keyword search, be displayed in data window (see Insight screen shot for the last two properties).
  • Should any fields be removed completely?
  • Should any field besides Accession Number be required?
  • Should any other fields -not- be displayed in the data window?
  • Are the field names correct? (Note: Some have been shortened to accommodate the narrow data window in the Insight catalogue / light box view.)
  • Any change to repeatable(+) / non-repeatable fields?
