Tuition information for Delaware residents
Many Delaware residents are eligible to receive substantial tuition discounts for ELI courses. In order to qualify, you must:
- Be a permanent resident of the US (green card holder) or a US citizen; AND
- Have been a permanent resident or US citizen for at least one year; AND
- Have lived in the state of Delaware for at least one year.
