Programs for
Educational Institutions

For many years, the English Language Institute has offered “study abroad” programs for students in universities from many different countries. Universities which have established programs with the English Language Institute include: Hankuk University (Korea)

These programs are generally 4 to 5 weeks in length and can include:

Programs include housing and dining options for students, as well as a University ID card, which permits the students to use the University’s Morris library, sports facilities, and attend cultural events.

Program instructors are trained University of Delaware faculty experienced with a variety of effective instructional approaches as well as special computer applications. Pre-program and post-program language achievement testing, as well as a post-program evaluation are conducted and results are included in the final report sent to the sponsor. Each program has a designated Program Coordinator who addresses participant concerns and who reports directly the ELI Director.

Over the years ELI’s specialized programs have received very high praise from participants, their counselors, and sponsors.

Please contact the ELI for more information. The ELI is eager to work with you to design a program to meet the specific needs of your students.
