Motassim Essaid

Motassim Essaid was born in Casablanca, Morocco. Attended Faculty of Human Sciences, University Mohamed V, Rabat, and majored in the English Language and Litterature. Motassim started teaching English as a foreign language at high school in 1982. In 1986 he joined the teacher training school (ENS), rabat, and graduated in 1988. Then, appointed as a second cycle english teacher, he spent 8 years as teacher of English in Casablanca. In 1996 was invited to join the Item Bank Team at the academy of great Casablanca. As a test designer, he had two training sessions in UK, University of Reading, Oct. - Nov. 1996, and Oct - Nov 1997. Now Motassim is a teacher trainer at the CPR (teacher training school), Casablanca. Since Oct 2002 Has been giving lessons in language teaching methodologies and apporoaches, skills, and micro teaching. He has also been supervising teacher trainees during their practicum modules.
