Profiles

I am Zena Akroush, a teacher of English Language and literature for the upper elementary level at the Rosary School / Marj El- Hamam, Amman, Jordan. I have been teaching ESL for thirteen years now.I started teaching at a small private school in Amman and two years later I joined the staff at the Rosary School / Jabal Amman, where I taught grades 4, 5, 6 and 7 through five years. After that I moved to my present school which enabled me to get further experience through attending different courses, workshops and conferences. Those were crowned by granting me the chance to attend the training course at UDEL.

Being at Delaware has already given me the opportunity to be part of the American culture while living with my host, and I am looking forward to getting as much new experience as possible.
