Dormitory Apartments
Christiana Towers is an apartment style dormitory located on the University of Delaware’s North Campus. The buildings house both University of Delaware and English Language Institute students. Each dormitory apartment has two bedrooms, a living room, a small kitchen, and a bathroom. Bedrooms are shared -- two students per room. Sorry, there are no single rooms available.
The apartments are furnished with beds, desks, bureaus, draperies, closets, and lamps. Students buy their own pillows, sheets, blankets, and telephone, and you can find these items in stores close to the dormitories. In addition, Christiana Towers has a dining hall, laundry machines, computer center, a small market, and recreational facilities. Basketball, volleyball, and tennis courts are located just outside the buildings. Christiana Towers is near the English Language Institute, so students can walk to classes or they can ride the free University of Delaware Shuttle Bus, which stops at the dormitory and at the English Language Institute.
