Sara Ahmad has a Masters in TESOL from Central Connecticut State University. She started teaching ESL as a volunteer at literacy Volunteers of America in 2002. She has also taught in Manchester Community college and University of Florida (English Language Institute) before she came to Delaware in fall of 2008. She has mostly taught Intermediate classes here at the ELI and is enjoying the diverse population of students, as she is truly fascinated by world cultures. Her interests include traveling, reading, social and professional networking.
