Application Procedures

Applicants who are outside of the United States and who do NOT currently have an F-1 student visa
  1. Download the IEP application or complete our online application.
  2. Submit the application by fax. Our fax number is (001) 302.831.6765.
  3. Submit the following documents by fax:
    1. A copy of your passport
    2. Proof of financial resources. This can take the form of a bank statement or a bank letter, and it must show the following information:
      1. The name of the account holder (either the student or the person who will pay for the student’s studies) written in the English alphabet
      2. The date (the bank statement must be no more than 3 months old)
      3. The amount of money in your account. It must show $4,650 US for each session you will attend.
    3. A letter of sponsorship. This is only necessary if someone will pay for your studies. If your family or a friend will pay for your studies, please ask them to create and sign a letter of sponsorship. Please note: if your sponsor lives in the US, the letter of sponsorship must be notarized. Click here to download a sample letter of sponsorship.

Application processing time:  Once all documents have been received, we will process your application and send the I-20 form to you by express mail within 24 to 48 hours.
