Applying to our Intensive English Program is easy!
First, click on the appropriate statement:
- Click here if you are outside of the United States and you do not yet have an F-1 student visa
- Click here if you are already in the United States on an F-1 visa
- Click here if you are a permanent resident of the United States
- Click here if you are a citizen of the United States
- Click here if you require a J-1 visa (if your government will sponsor you for your studies in the United States)
- If none of the above statements represents your situation, contact the ELI Admissions Office.

Please be sure to indicate on the wire your name and our name (English Language Institute), so the University can identify it when it arrives.
You must send a receipt of the wire transfer to the ELI. We use this receipt as proof that you have sent the payment. You can send the receipt by e-mail to ud-eli@udel.edu or by fax at 302-831-6765 (country code 1).
