October 8, 2005 I registered in ELI in 1993 just for 2months and I am working for Danish Paint company, after master's degree at University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Already over 10 years ago, I can remember everything at UD, which is good in my memories. I just would like to tell you one of alumni at UD.

June 29, 2005 Dear friends of the Eli! I got my masters Law degree last december 14 of 2004. It has almost passed about 16 years since I came back from the Eli. I still keep good memories of my experience in newark and the Eli. I remember my friend Fabio Tonani from Peru. Now, I am working in the risk management business and I am a legal assistance of two Engineering companies of my hometown Pereira Colombia. And I have a child of two years and seven months and a lovely wife. I'm very sorry that Ruth had retired, she was a very good teacher. Greetings.

June 18, 2005 Dear ALL!! How are you? My name is Hidenori from Japan! It has almost passed about 2 years since I came back from study at ELI. I am realized again that how wonderful we can have a nice experience in talking with as many as people from many countries in English in many occasion. Now we are in rainy season in Japan but the summer is coming closer behind it. Yeah, exciting season for me! Now, this is my NEWS. I decided to pursue the career in my major for my life, which is Sound Engineer, hopefully Sound desinger for stage production like Broadway. So, I definitly visit the U.S. to search for the school and study music! During the stay, I also want to visit my teachers in the ELI, my host family and my UD friends! May 4, 2005 Bonjour ELI, I was a student there from Jan to Mai 93. I am from the Ivory Coast. I remember Chris, Ruth Miller, Schneider and her son, Dr Stevens. My brothers are also Eli Alumni. I enjoyed studying there and say hello to all the alumni that were there during that time. I am now a manager at a chemical company and proud father of 2 boys. Take care

March 23, 2005 Hello. I'm Yoko Ota who graduated ELI 2004, Dec. I had a great time to stay in DE and ELI and my English has improved dramatically!! I have good news for you!! I've accepted by the University of Pittsburgh as a full-time graduate student! That's not too much to say thank you. I'm pretty sure I'm gonna visit Newark in near future because I'll be in the US from this fall. I truly wish your health and happy life.
March 17, 2005 Its a great pleasure for me getting in touch with one of the most outstanding Universities and ELI Institution s you may possible find. Ever since I transfered from West Virginia to Newark on the Winter of 2001, i began to experience one of the most interesting journies in my life. UD and The ELI turned my life around baring me with skills and self confidence than have enhanced my life through. On behalf of my class of 2001 i like to extend the best wishes and thanks once again from making of me the best ever Foreign Delawarian. February 28, 2005 Hi everybody!! How are you? I'm denis, from Italy! I attended ELI full intensive program 4 years ago. It was the must beautiful experience I've never had. I made a lot friends, very good friends!! Sometime when I think about that summer I'm a little sad 'cause I'd like to live that time again but I know that it's not possible..anyway..I'm here now to send a very big hug and kiss to all of you and a big one to Dolly!!! My life now is very good, working with my family, travelling a lot. I got married two years ago with a girl from Venezuela I met several years ago when I was working there. Ok, that's all for now!! January 8, 2005 Hello! I used to be at ELI from May to August in 2002. I haven't kept in touch with the friends who I've met there, but when I got an alumni newsletter, I just wanted to say hello to everyone I know. It's been a long time since I was there, and now I'm doing master course in the University of Reading in UK. I hope to go back there and see as many people I know as possible :-D Best wishes, Ayako
