Congratulations to CAP graduates
Under the Conditional Admissions Program (CAP), 10 students have been admitted to the University of Delaware for undergraduate study by passing English for Academic Purposes Level VI Listening/Speaking and Reading/Writing classes and receiving a letter of recommendation from ELI.
