Transportation and Shipment of Chemicals

The University of Delaware is committed to ensuring the safe transportation of chemicals on and from the University of Delaware Campus. Chemical shipments may be regulated by the Department of Transportation (DOT), the International Aviation Transport Association (IATA), and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). International shipments may also necessitate compliance with importation or exportation requirements such as permits. Below are resources to aid personnel who perform these shipments.
