Laser Safety Program
The
University of Delaware Laser Safety Program was established using
the American National Standard for Safe Use of Lasers (ANSI Z136.1)
as a guide. The day
to day operations of the program are managed by the University Radiation
Safety Officer.
All laser purchases are referred to the Director of Environmental Health & Safety by Procurement. Program elements are listed below:
