Hazardous Material Shipment Policy
This policy will establish the guidelines and procedures necessary to
transport hazardous materials at the University of Delaware. This policy
has been established to comply with all applicable Department of
Transportation (DOT) Regulations. These regulations can be found in the
Code of Federal Regulations, Title 49, Parts 100-199. This policy will
not cover transport by air, which must be handled on an individual basis.
