This dynamic program focuses on the key skills that contribute to the success of today’s managers and leaders. It assists managers in understanding their role as leaders, applies sound leadership principles, and provides participants with the skills, behaviors, and tools for success.
Recommended for all supervisors, managers and chairs particularly those starting in their management career or having never participated in formal management training.
To earn the Management Fundamentals Certificate, participants must attend all five sessions. Brief session descriptions are listed below. All particpants must have completed Communicating for Leadership Success.
