This dynamic program focuses on the key skills that contribute to the success of today’s managers and leaders. It assists managers in understanding their role as leaders, applies sound leadership principles, and provides participants with the skills, behaviors, and tools for success.
Recommended for supervisors, managers and chairs starting in their management career or having never participated in formal management training.
Participants will attend all five of the courses that make up the module with the same cohort (group) of up to twenty participants. Each course in the module builds on the other and will be followed in the sequence listed below:
Participants may select either an am (8:30 - noon) series or pm (1:00-4:30) series.
