Ellen brings extensive institutional knowledge and training experience to Employee Education & Development. She began her career at UD in 1994 as payroll manager. As a key member of the teams that implemented the three PeopleSoft/Oracle systems on campus (HRMS, UD Financials, and UDSIS), she trained hundreds of faculty and staff members.
Before joining the Employee Education & Development team in 2010, she was the trainer for the VP of Finance units, working closely with General Accounting, University Finance and Procurement. Currently she primarily designs and conducts courses in the HR and financial realm, both instructor-led and web-based.
Ellen holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Puget Sound in business administration/accounting.
