Stacy Poplos Connor is an Instructor in The College School (TCS) at the University of Delaware. She came to TCS from the Colonial School District, where she taught in both special education and regular education for three years. She has been a People to People delegate leader for the past four summers traveling to Europe and the South Pacific with middle school students. Mrs. Connor is certified in elementary education and special education. She holds membership in the National Education Association.
