Program Tracks in Exceptional Children and Youth

The Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Exceptional Children and Youth degree has three program tracks:

  1. Already Certified. Choose this track if you already have special education teacher certification.

  2. Elementary Certification. This track is for candidates who are seeking initial certification in elementary special education.

  3. Secondary Certification. Choose this track if you are seeking initial certification in secondary special education.

  4. Severe Disabilities/Autism. Choose this track if you are seeking initial certification in severe disabilities/autism.
