12 p.m. — Buffet lunch

1 p.m. — Continue to develop priority statements

3 p.m. — Break and deadline to upload draft recommendations for
review by all

3:15 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. — Finalize priority statements for submission
Group leaders collect priority statements

5:30 p.m. — Group Leaders upload priority statements to Google Docs (Folder: Upload Priority Statements)

6 p.m. — Dinner

6:30 p.m. — Priority statements and preliminary scoring sheet released to participants
Materials will be emailed to conference Gmail accounts and also placed into Google docs (Folder: Final Priority Statements)

10 p.m. — Deadline for final version of Priority Statements

FRIDAY

Goal: Review and clarify all priority statements. Score all priority statements. Evaluate the conference format. Review results of priority statement scoring. Summarize and close the conference.
