Dining Schedules

Hours of operation for designated dining locations are posted in all Dining Services locations, at the Student Services Building, and on the Dining Services Locations and Hours web pages. Hours are adjusted as necessary, on a seasonal basis.

Dietitian/Special Diets

If you need information about good nutrition or have special dietary needs, the university's full-time registered dietitian is here to help. Phone (302) 831-1008 for an appointment.

Note: Special Kosher Meal options are available in the Dining Halls upon request. Please call 302-831-6761 for more information.

Boxed Meals

Dining Services can provide you with a boxed meal if your class schedule prevents you from eating at one of the dining halls. Ask for boxed meals at least two days in advance at the dining hall most convenient to you. Your request should be accompanied by a copy of your class schedule. When approved, your request will usually remain active for the balance of the semester.

Guest Meals

Your friends and relatives are always welcome. Guests may pay cash for their meals, or you may use your points to treat them. UD1 FLEX and personal checks are also accepted.

Points offer cashless purchasing power for any dining location on campus

• One point is equivalent to one dollar.
• Unused points from summer session, fall semester and/or winter session may be carried over to the next semester/session.
• All unused points are forfeited at the end of the spring semester and have no refundable value.
• It is your responsibility to budget your points over the course of the semester/session.
• If you over spend your point balance, your student account will be charged.
• Additional points for any plan may be purchased through a deposit of at least $5.00 at the Value Transfer Stations located in the Trabant University Center, Perkins Student Center, and Smith Hall, or at least $25 at the University Box Offices, or at Cashiers and the outside drop slot at the Student Services Building. UD1 FLEX enables you to purchase just about anything on campus ranging from dining services to books and clothes in the University Bookstore to paying for parking and your laundry. UD1 FLEX is refundable upon the close of your UD1 FLEX account. For more information, visit the UD1 FLEX Web page.

Yes, it is easy to get our attention to share your dining concerns and ideas. Dining Services managers are available to speak with you at every meal. We also stay in touch with your tastes and needs through surveys, comment boxes, focus groups, and regularly scheduled meetings with representatives from RSA and the Student Dining Committee.
