Student employees of Dining Services receive:
An attractive starting wage of $6.50 per hour that INCREASES by up to $0.25 per hour for each subsequent semester worked. (Catering and Delivery start at $7.50 per hour.) Increase is based on performance review.
Premium paid shifts are available throughout the semester.

Here's how the Bonus Program* works:
$ Students working for Dining Services can receive a bonus of $0.50 per hour for each hour worked during fall or spring semesters.
$ To be eligible for the Bonus program, students must work a minimum of 10 consecutive weeks during fall or spring semesters, 5 consecutive weeks during winter session, 7-1/2 consecutive weeks during summer session,through the last scheduled day of University exams,; and have "achieved expectations" on their performance review.
$ A student's bonus will be calculated by multiplying the number hours worked during a semester times $0.50. For example, 200 hours worked during a semester X $0.50 = $100.00.
$ A student is eligible to receive a maximum bonus of $350 per semester.
$ A student's bonus will be included in the pay period following the end of the fall and spring semesters.
$ Work-study students are eligible for the bonus program.
$ Recruiting Incentive: Dining Services is looking for new employees! Current student employees who recruit a friend to work for Dining Services will receive a bonus of $25 after the new employee has been working for 60 days.
* NOTE: Student employees working at the Blue and Gold Club are included in the Club's separate gratuity-type program.
