Call 831-2891 or use our on-line catering form to place your order.
We are open Monday - Friday from 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., excluding holidays.
To provide you with the best service and quality possible, we require that you place your orders no later than five (5) business days prior to your event date. A final guarantee is required no later than three (3) business days prior to your event. Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation letter with your menu selections and estimated costs. Please take a moment to read through your order,verify your approved account code or other method of payment, make any changes necessary and send it back to us. You may also fax orders to 831-8275, or E-mail us at UDCatering@udel.edu.
* Late orders are subject to availability, however, we will make every effort to accommodate all requests for services
Payment
Payment may be made through University account code or by cash or check. Please specify your choice of payment method when ordering and have your account code available. Orders cannot be processed without proper approved account codes.
If you are a non-University group, we require a 50% deposit of your estimated order total prior to your event.
Cancellation Policy
A cancellation fee of 45% of the order total will be assessed for any order canceled the day before the event date. Orders canceled the day of the event will be billed for the total order amount.
Cancellations must be received during office hours (8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday - Friday). Any cancellation received after hours or on a weekend or holiday will be processed the next business day.
No fees will be assessed for cancellations due to extreme weather or University closings.
