United Way Donor Contributions

         Delaware Stroke Initiative (DSI) meets the United Way of Delaware’s requirements as a Designation Write-in Agency. DSI is entitled to receive designated pledges through the annual campaign from individual donors. Donors who wish to designate their United Way contributions to DSI should follow these two simple steps:

         1. Write-in:

     2. Enter: Code 9430 on your United Way of Delaware Pledge Form in the Specific Care Area.
