Additional funds (up to $40.00) are provided if at least one of the following are met.

Interested faculty will be sent an invitation with the time, date, and location of the event and, based on availability, may attend.
I understand that upon the approval of my event, it must be held within two weeks of the provided date and time. If I do not hold it within two weeks, funding will be removed and I will have to reapply for funding for my event. I also understand that the receipts and reimbursement form is due within a week after the program takes place to guarantee that I receive my check by the next reimbursement day.
