Seeing the Senate debate “live” in overflow viewing at Wolf Hall on the Newark campus
★An overflow viewing auditorium is available in Wolf Hall, room 100
★No tickets are required for Overflow Viewing.
If you have a ticket for Mitchell Hall on the Newark campus
★Guests who have tickets for Mitchell Hall, please note: The debates will begin at 7:30 p.m. in Mitchell Hall on the Newark campus. Doors will open at 6:30 p.m., and everyone must be seated by 7 p.m. No one will be admitted after 7 p.m.
★The following rules have been agreed among the candidates:
★Audience members are not permitted to bring cameras or campaign memorabilia of any kind, including clothing, buttons, stickers and literature, into the auditorium.
★No campaign materials, literature, hats, stickers, signs or banners are allowed inside Mitchell Hall.
★The audience will be prohibited from applauding or making noise during the debate and may not do anything visible or audible to express support or opposition to any candidate during the debate.
★Violations will prompt immediate removal of audience members from the debate venue.
★Doors will open at 6:30 p.m. and everyone must be seated by 7 p.m.
NO ONE WILL BE SEATED AFTER 7 P.M.
Delaware Debates 2010 are televised live from Mitchell Hall, and video and audio feeds are available to all news media at no charge. The debates also are webcast publicly, both live and archived for playback.
Media organization managements make independent decisions about whether and when to carry the Debates. The following organizations have informed the University of Delaware of their intention to disseminate all or parts of the Delaware Debates.
