FINAL EVALUATION REPORT QUICK CHECK

DID YOU

  • check the scoring rules for each criterion?
  • have your students complete the student teaching log (in the Student Teaching Guidelines) or the "Student Teacher Hours and Extra Activities" form (in this handbook)? This information will help you to complete the final evaluation form.

DO YOUR

  • ratings reflect the level at which the student teacher is performing at the end of the experience?
  • summary statements support the ratings?
  • summary statements address weaknesses in a professional manner and as
  • target areas for growth? Suggestion--utilize scoring rule language.
  • summary statements personalize the comments to the degree possible? It is easier to address strengths in this manner (i.e., give title of units, specify contributions, etc.)
