Program Requirements

• Full-time enrollment in a 2-year graduate program of academic courses, including two summers.
  
• Employment in a public school district in Delaware as a para-educator in a classroom serving children with special needs in year one.
  
• Employment in a public school district in Delaware as a teacher serving children with special needs in year two.
  
• Upon completion of the program, agree to teach in a Delaware public school classroom that serves children with special needs for an additional two years.
