        For the 1997 Phase of the project "Application of Global Positioning System (GPS) to Travel Time and Delay Measurements," analysis is separated into four parts.  Report No. 1 is Description and Usage of the "Trimble 12 Channel Pro XR GPS Receiver with Integrated GPS/Beacon Differential Receiver and Antenna, TDC1-2MB Data Collector, and Pathfinder Office Software for Windows" for Travel Time and Delay Measurements.  Report No. 2 is Sample-Size Requirements for Travel Time and Delay Study.  Report No. 3 is Applications of Means and Variances to Determine the Significant Differences of Global Positioning System (GPS) and Manual Data Collection.  The final part of the report is the Analysis of 1997 Data Collection.
