The Delaware Academy for School Leadership (DASL) provides professional development to Delaware’s educational leaders. DASL supports leadership practice through a range of initiatives and is a strong advocate for educational policy issues. By preparing and developing effective leaders, DASL aims to positively impact student performance in Delaware.
SpotlightLeadership for Learning Series - November 18th in Dover, DE
DASL is excited to announce the second speaker in the Fall 2009 Leadership for Learning Series, Dr. Beverly Hall, who will be discussing the topic of "Leading Urban Schools." Dr. Hall, Superintendent of Atlantic Public Schools, was selected National Superintendent of the Year in 2009 by the American Association for School Administrators. In her ten years as the leader of the district Dr. Hall has transformed it into a world-class school system. This event will take place on Wednesday November 18th at The Outlook at the Duncan Center in Dover at 5:00pm.
