Open your internet browser and open the site http://www.citiprogram.org

Complete the online registration form by clicking on “Register for the
Course.” On the “Select your institution or organization” page, scroll to the
bottom of the page to “All others,” and select Christiana Care Health System. You
will be asked to select your own username and password. From there, follow the remaining registration
instructions. Most of you will choose
the biomedical path rather than the social/behavioral research path.

Access to the modules is immediate.
For those of you who have taken this course previously, you no longer
have to wait for your username and password to be assigned. Also, the same website is used for
registration as well as returning to complete quizzes.

After you have reviewed all parts of the core modules and taken the
quizzes, click on the Christiana Care Health System link. At the bottom of that page, click on “Go to
the grade book/course menu.” If you have
completed all the quizzes, there will be a congratulations notice on this page. If you have not completed all the quizzes,
check the grade book to see which ones have not been taken.

Once you see the “congratulations” notice, you need to do 2
things: (1) Print the completion
certificate for your own records, and (2) click on “e-mail report to your
institutional administrator” to send a copy of your completion certificate to
the IRB office.
6)
Should you forget your username or password, or wish to change them,
return to the website listed in #1.
