This
instrument measures and quantitates light-producing reactions such
as luciferase. It has a single injector that can be used to automatically
introduce substrate and to do kinetic reactions. The plate format
allows you to measure the activity of multiple samples together.
It also provides the advantage of carrying out the reaction in
the same well that your cells are growing in.
