FLOW CYTOMETER
The Center for Translational Cancer Research Core Facility is equipped with a Becton Dickinson FACSCalibur Flow Cytometer; this is a four-color, dual-laser benchtop system which is capable of both cell analysis and cell sorting. This instrument supports a wide variety of applications in both the clinical and research environments.
To access the FACS machine, clients are asked to contact Rob Long to set up a training module or to demonstrate competency in the FACSCalibur. Once trained, a client can have use of the instrument, on an as-available basis at the fee schedule below (rates are effective December 15, 2002).
You can register or schedule an appointment to use the Flow Cytometer online.
