The Center for Translational Cancer Research Core Facility has a Mar-Med Bone Band Saw.
The Mar-Med Bone Band Saw offers:
- Easy way of cutting bone in the laboratory.
- Approximately the size of a microscope, only 18 inches high and takes up only 13" x 13"of counter space.
- Diamond-coated blade
- 1/3 HP motor runs at 40mph.
- Blade cuts small bone (up to 3” thick) quickly.
- Will not cut the users fingers.
- Quick and easy clean-up.
