Alpha Phi Alpha

College Chapter of the Year honors at our MAAC District Conference, (Feb 17-18 at the University of Maryland College Park).

Four young men from the University of Delaware Chapter
outshone the accomplishments of Brothers from much larger chapters
like: Howard University; Delaware State University; University of
Maryland (Baltimore County; College Park; Eastern Shore); George
Washington University; University of DC; Morgan State U; Frostburg
State U; Bowie State U; Towson State U; and Johns Hopkins.

Also during the MAAC Conference, the Brothers from Xi Omicron shared
top honors for the Charles H. Wesley Award (for collaboration between
College and Alumni Chapters) with the Brothers of the Gamma Theta
Lambda Chapter (Wilmington Delaware Alumni). This is their third straight
year winning that award. They will also compete for regional honors.
