Wildlife Conservation
Environmental consulting and education.
Integrated pest management. Wetlands protection and rehabilitation. These
careers and more are shared by Wildlife Conservation alumni, many of whom
work for state and national parks; museums; environmental consulting
firms; private and governmental agencies; zoos and arboreta. While some
students enter the workforce right after college,others choose to further
their education in graduate school, studying subjects like wildlife
management, avian ecology, entomology, forest ecology, and conservation
biology. Whatever your goal, we encourage you to participate in job-search
workshops and career days, seek an internship, develop your communication
skills, and learn to network with prospective employers.
