• Participate in the Resume Referral System by registering with the Career Services Center and "publishing" your resume in the "documents" section of bluehens.erecruiting.com, our online career management system. Potential employers request searches of our resume database all year round for candidates matching their job requirements. Organizations are also able touse this system to search for candidates to fill their internship positions.

• When you accept a job offer it is important to inform the Career Services Center of your decision, because it affects your participation in the Campus Inteview Program (CIP) and the Resume Referral System.
  • You can inform the Career Services Center of your job offer by clicking and completing a "Confidential Job Offer Form" - All information is confidental and used only in reports such as "Average Salary Offered by Major" and no students' names are attached to the reports).
  • When you report your job acceptance to the Career Services Center you also need to cancel any remaining interviews you had signed up for through the Campus Interview Program (Blue Hen Jobs).
  • Remove your resume from any online resume books you had posted it in (including the resume books in Blue Hen Jobs).
