All refund requests must be submitted in writing on or before that date and are subject to a $25 cancellation fee. Refunds will be processed and sent by check in US dollars after 15 October 2010. In the event that the conference or any of its offerings or related events are cancelled or rescheduled, neither the University of Delaware (including its departments and units) nor any of the sponsoring, collaborating, supporting or host institutions or organizations can be held responsible for any cancellation/change charges assessed to registrants by airlines, transportation companies, travel agencies, or hotels.
